Ryan Turek

Ryan Turek is an accomplished Director of Software Engineering at RealPage, Inc., specializing in delivering digital resident experiences through leadership of cross-functional product development teams focused on the Active Building and Community Rewards initiatives. With a history of increasing responsibility at RealPage, including roles as Sr. Manager and Team Lead, Ryan fosters a culture of trust, diversity, and mentorship among peers. Prior to RealPage, expertise was gained through ownership of Turek Works, LLC, and various engaging roles in full-stack development across multiple organizations, including FamilyDocket, GunsAmerica, and Dialexa. Ryan holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and Information Assurance from Louisiana Tech University.
