Tim Keller

Tim Keller has worked in the real estate industry for over 30 years. In 1989, they began their career as a Senior Appraiser at Nunnink & Associates. In 1996, they founded Keller & Associate, Inc., where they served as President & Founder. From 2003 to 2005, they were President of the Kansas City Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. During this time, they also served as a Board Member of the Kansas Real Estate Appraisal Board. In 2014, they became President of Keller, Craig & Associates. In 2015, they became Owner of River City Property Management, offering properties located in the greater KC Metro area, and Chief Financial Officer of realquantum, a company that creates tools to increase productivity for commercial real estate appraisers.

Tim Keller obtained their MBA from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business in 1984, specializing in Finance. Prior to that, they obtained their BS from Fort Hays State University in 1982, with a major in Accounting/Finance.
