John Keith has over 10 years of professional experience in software engineering, instructional technology, and digital media. John began their career in 2009 as a Digital Media Lab Consultant at the University of Georgia and a Publications Intern at the Georgia Museum of Art. In 2010, they worked as a Fulbright English Teacher in South Korea and a Newspaper Columnist for The Jeju Weekly. From 2011 to 2014, they were an Instructional Technology Specialist at Hammond School, where they developed and delivered a curriculum for an Information Skills course. During this time, they also worked as a Ruby on Rails Apprentice at Launch Academy. In 2014, they became an Engineering Manager at Investor Management Services, where they managed a team of 5 software engineers and was responsible for full-stack development of a commercial real estate application. Most recently, they have been a Senior Software Engineer at Data Axle and RealResponse since 2020.
