Roy Cohen is an experienced finance and operations executive, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at RealSense since July 2025 and as an Entrepreneur at a Stealth Startup since August 2022. Previously, Cohen held the position of VP of Finance at Immunai and VP of Business Growth & Aftermarket at Kornit Digital, where significant accomplishments included growing a services and ink sales business to $140 million and transforming a losing business into profitability within two years. Cohen has also held various leadership roles in finance and operations at Comverse Technology Inc. and Convergys, showcasing expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic operations management across global organizations. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in Economics and Management from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
