Tom Sutherland

Tom Sutherland is an experienced professional in the field of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. Currently serving as the Head of ESG at Realstar Group since August 2023, Tom previously held the position of ESG Associate (Secondment) at Tristan Capital Partners from October 2022 to August 2023. Prior to that role, Tom worked as a Senior Sustainability Consultant at Longevity Partners from August 2022 to July 2023 and as a Senior Sustainability Analyst at Cundall from August 2018 to August 2022, where Tom progressed from Sustainability Analyst to Graduate Analyst. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of Bath, completed between 2014 and 2018.
