Che Wei Hsu

Che Wei (Lawrence) Hsu is a seasoned audio engineer currently serving as a Senior Audio Engineer at Realtek. They previously held the position of Audio Engineer at 瑞昱半導體股份有限公司 from 2018 to 2022, where they worked on tuning speech algorithms and evaluating audio applications. Prior to that, Che Wei was an Acoustic Engineer from 2016 to 2018 at 美律實業 and an intern at Merry Electronics Co., Ltd. in 2015. Che Wei earned a Master's degree in Electro-Acoustics and a Bachelor's degree in Automatic Control Engineering from Feng Chia University, along with completing a language program at Shafston International College.
