Jon Chalkley

Jon Chalkley is the Head of Investments at Realterm Europe, where they focus on major logistics markets across several European countries. Previously, they served as an AVP in Acquisitions for the Central Region at Realterm and as VP of Acquisitions for the Western Region, overseeing significant markets in the U.S. They began their career as a Financial Analyst in the Capital Markets Group at Cushman & Wakefield. Throughout their professional journey, Jon has developed expertise in acquisitions, business development, and portfolio management.
