Wei Meng

Wei (Eric) Meng is a Design Engineer II at Dashiell Corporation, Madison Operations, having joined in April 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Novum Structures as a Project Structural Engineer and Preconstruction Engineer from September 2017 to April 2024, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Florida, where significant contributions included constructing a database of shear strength and performing statistical analysis on rock core strengths. Wei (Eric) Meng began a career in engineering at China Railway 18th Group Co., Ltd. as a Civil Engineer in 2014, focusing on viaduct bridge design and construction quality control. Wei (Eric) Meng holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanics from North University of China.
