Simon Parham

Simon Parham is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel for The Canadian Real Estate Association since March 2023, where responsibilities include providing legal and strategic advice to the Board of Directors and managing an in-house legal team. Previously, Simon held the position of Senior Advisor at the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada, offering strategic insights on the Canadian real estate sector. Simon's extensive experience includes a role as Legal Counsel at The Canadian Real Estate Association, advising on litigation and contract management, and functioning as Counsel at Justice Canada, focusing on military and health law. Additional experience includes positions at the Competition Bureau and as a law clerk for the Federal Court of Canada. Simon holds an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick and a B.S.C. in Computer Science from Carleton University.
