The REALTORS® Community Foundation (RCF) is dedicated to creating lasting social impact. Established in 1986 by Edmonton-area REALTORS®, RCF was founded to bring agents together to make a greater impact through collective giving. Over the past four decades, we have continued to grow this legacy by strategically funding local charities that provide safe, accessible housing and foster inclusive communities. 

Each year, RCF grants over $300,000 to local charities across the region, strengthening communities through strategic partnerships, sustainable fundraising, and measurable impact. By cultivating a culture of giving and volunteerism, we empower REALTORS® and industry partners to come together and support a shared vision—creating lasting, positive change in the neighborhoods where they live, work, and play.

More than just a foundation, the REALTORS® Community Foundation is a movement. Whether through funding, volunteering, or strategic collaborations, we are united in our mission to make Edmonton a stronger, more connected place to call home.
