Welcome to RealtyNET, where our innovative collaborative approach to real estate has been reshaping the market for 23 years. Under the leadership of Greg Messick, we have developed a business model that not only aligns with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) settlement guidelines but also empowers homeowners to take an active role in the selling process. This model significantly reduces costs while fully adhering to industry standards.

Operating on a flexible fee-for-service basis rather than traditional real estate practices, RealtyNET allows homeowners to choose specific services they need, such as managing the flyer box or hosting their own open houses. This efficient use of resources, combined with our commitment to NAR guidelines, ensures that our services are both cost-effective and maintain high integrity. Our focus on strategic service selection helps us concentrate more effectively on closing sales and strengthening client relationships.

Building on our success and long-standing experience, we are excited to announce the rollout of a new reduced commission buyer representation service. This service is designed to save money for all parties involved and make buyers’ offers more attractive to sellers, further enhancing the efficiency and appeal of real estate transactions.

Our approach has proven tremendously effective, with Greg Messick leading the Oregon market in home sales last year. Clients who partner with us not only engage more directly in the selling process but also enjoy significant savings on real estate commissions, all within the framework of NAR regulations.

Join us at RealtyNET, where we continue to redefine real estate with our client-centered, fee-for-service model. For 23 years, we've been committed to making the home buying and selling process more accessible, efficient, and beneficial for everyone involved, all while maintaining the highest standards of industry compliance.
