Mica Tee

Mica Tee currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of Marketing at RealVantage since November 2023. Prior to this role, Mica held various senior marketing positions, including Senior Director and Head of Growth Marketing at Appier, where leadership was provided for high-performing teams and comprehensive marketing strategies. Mica's experience also includes leading demand generation programs at Amazon Web Services for the Asia Pacific and Japan region, as well as developing go-to-market programs for Pivotal, Inc. and managing marketing efforts for Greenplum Data Analytics at Dell EMC. Mica's career began at IBM with progressively responsible roles, advancing through several companies in the technology sector, demonstrating expertise in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and sales support across multiple regions.
