Before that, they were a Project Manager for Hotel Information Systems, and before that a Senior Software Analyst for Cyntergy Services Ltd. James has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is a thought leader in the use of voice recognition software to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
