Lauren Gebhardt

Lauren Gebhardt has over 10 years of experience in the software-as-a-service and multifamily industries. Lauren began their career in 2009 as a National Accounts Manager for Stanley Security Solutions. In 2013, they moved to Peak Campus as a Leasing Manager, and in 2014 they joined Milhaus as a Property Manager. In 2020, they joined Realync as the Senior Director of Client Success Operations, and later became the Director of Client Success Operations. In both roles, they were responsible for envisioning, developing, implementing, and reporting on processes, programs, and technologies that enable the efficient and effective delivery of the Realync Client Success Model.

Lauren Gebhardt is currently enrolled at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, where they are studying Business Administration and Management, General. Lauren also holds certifications from the National Apartment Association (CAM) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT).
