Matt Weirich

Matt Weirich is the CEO and co-founder of Realync. Matt has over eight years of experience in management consulting, sourcing, and procurement. Prior to Realync, Matt was a management consultant at Accenture. Matt has driven large scale cost reductions for Fortune 50 companies through direct and indirect sourcing initiatives and lean methodologies. Matt has also led category resources for strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiated with contractors, and developed implementation plans for savings tracking and reporting. In their role as a strategic market capitalizer for a large pharmaceutical company, they coordinated a Direct to Retail Pharmacy Pilot and assisted with the design, development, and execution of pilot programs. Matt also led continuous improvement through process/program mapping and standardization.

Matt Weirich completed a BSIM at the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University, as well as a certificate of entrepreneurship. Matt also has a background in industrial management and industrial engineering from Northridge High School.
