Bingcheng Y.

Bingcheng Y. has diverse work experience in the field of CRM and marketing automation. From March 2016 to September 2018, they worked as a Customer Experience Representative at Happy Socks AB, focusing on providing prompt and friendly customer service. From June 2018 to February 2019, they served as an Email Automation Administrator, managing email sign-ups, pop-ups, and scheduling automated emails. Additionally, from February 2019 to February 2020, they held the position of CRM Automation Manager at Happy Socks AB.

In 2020, Bingcheng Y. joined Reason Studios as a Marketing Automation Specialist and later became the CRM Manager in April 2021. In these roles, they developed and executed customer journeys and channels to engage users, aid in sales, and prevent customer churn.

Bingcheng Y. earned a Master's degree in Project Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, which was completed from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Gävle, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.
