We take the stress out of your building project, combining experience, local knowledge and a brilliant team of trades and a comprehensive database of specialists, suppliers and property professionals.

We guide clients through the whole process from prioritising tasks, getting planning permission to getting estimates and appointing a builder. As we're independent from contractors, we act for you, the client, giving you a single point of contact and making sure you know what's happening at all times.

We are passionate about helping older people and disabled people to adapt and future-proof their homes. We're constantly on the look out for innovative design solutions from Japanese loos to home lifts, and embracing new home technology that can give greater independence.
