The Answer Cloud backend, powered by Amazon Web Services, provides the backend telephony services, scalable from individuals users to multinational corporations requiring geo-redundancy and high availability.

Answer Cloud automatically includes a transcription with the voicemail so that users can read rather than listen to audio. Users can then respond to, or share, all of their calls and messages via text, email, or phone.

Individual users can buy Answer Answer Cloud in Apple's App Store with a choice of monthly plans. For organizations, Answer Cloud offers a variety of solutions that include migrations from existing communications equipment to integrations into enterprise services and IT apps.
