Rob Winters

Rob Winters is a Consultant at RebelGroup, specializing in advisory, investments, and implementation. Previously, Rob served as an Inspector at the Ministry of Finance in The Netherlands, an Advisor on outsourcing at the Ministerie van BZK, and a Policy Officer for Partnerships at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Rob's earlier role included working in the Directie Financiële Bedrijfsvoering at the Ministerie van BZK. Rob holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Economics from Utrecht University, completed between 2000 and 2005.
