I spent years being everything to everyone else.
The capable one. The strong one. The one who held it all together. Until one day I looked at my life and thought, whose life is this?
That question changed everything.
I am Josie. A lifelong maverick and rebel who finally found the work she was always meant to do.
I am the founder of Rebellious Essence and creator of The Essence Code™ and The Identity Rebellion™. I work with women in midlife who are done being invisible, done performing a version of themselves built for everyone else, and ready to reclaim who they actually are. Not who they became. Who they are.
Rebellious Essence brings together all the elements of my experience and wisdom to guide women through a deeply transformational journey back to their own inner rebellious essence. My unique process weaves together ancient tools, cosmic blueprinting, spiritual coaching, sound healing, colour psychology and personal style expression into one complete inside out approach to transformation.
This is not about escape. It is about awakening. A call to rise, reclaim and unearth your power. To shed the illusions, break free from the constraints that have kept you small, and step fully into the woman you were always meant to be.
The Essence Code™ is the map.
Three stages. Always inside out.
The Decoding™. Your soul's original blueprint. Who you actually came here to be before the conditioning, the compromises and the years of becoming everything to everyone else.
The Undoing™. The shedding of everything that was never truly yours. The armour, the stories, the version of yourself you performed for so long you forgot she was not real.
The Becoming™. The moment the outside finally catches up with the inside. Colour, presence, style and full expression. Fully seen. Finally her.
This is The Identity Rebellion™.
