Robert Winsor

Robert Winsor is an accomplished Optical Systems Engineer currently working at TacitEdge Ltd., specializing in optical systems science and technical analysis for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency since June 2021. In addition, Robert serves as Chief Optical Engineer at Rebion, dedicated to advancing innovative medical devices for identifying neurological diseases, and has been a consultant at Winsor Engineering Consulting since January 2002, offering expertise in optical and mechanical engineering design.
