Project Management

The Project Management team at ReBIT oversees the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects aimed at enhancing the Reserve Bank of India's technological and cybersecurity infrastructure. The team ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, coordinating efforts between various stakeholders and maintaining alignment with RBI's strategic objectives. By managing portfolios and multiple senior project managers, the team plays a crucial role in executing both existing and new IT initiatives, fostering innovation and cross-institutional cooperation.
