ReBIT limited was formed in the year 2000 and is focused on Culture Change in organizations. We approach the latter utilizing two (2) powerful approaches called the “With-in” and “With-out” strategy. “ With-in ” (Internal) refers to the process of Attitude and Behavior Change, which is captured in our  Leadership Development Process, and “ With-out ” (External) refers to  Performance Management.

Through these strategies, we support the Culture Change process by facilitating improvement in Leadership Skills, Team Development, Sales, Customer Service, Strategic Planning, Productivity, Recruitment, and Performance Benchmarking/Tracking.
