Tiia Longi

Tiia Longi has extensive work experience in the food industry, with a particular focus on plant-based and vegan cuisine. Tiia is currently employed as a Product Development Manager at REBL EATS, where they are responsible for proactive product development with cost-effective approaches, particularly in the field of affordable plant-based food solutions. Their role also includes consulting with production partners, developing and multiplying recipes, and sourcing and calculating recipe costs.

Prior to their current position, Tiia served as the Kitchen Head and Product Development personnel at Epic Foods Co from April 2019 to June 2021. Before that, they worked as a Vegan Chef and Head of Kitchen at Ruohonjuuri Oy from February 2014 to April 2019. Additionally, Tiia had experience as the Head Chef at Kuuma Helsinki from May 2018 to January 2019.

In 2007, Tiia started their own business, Tiia Kosonen Tmi, where they produced seitan and other vegetarian products. As the owner, they also focused on constant product development. This venture lasted until February 2015.

Tiia has also had diverse roles outside of the food industry. Tiia worked as a Makeup Artist at MAC Cosmetics from 2007 to 2013.
