Prior to this, Arthur served as the President of Ceisa Packaging & Semo Packaging, a European leader in flexible shrink film packaging. Arthur held this position since 2004 and oversaw the company's significant sales growth and international expansion. Before that, Arthur was the Owner and Partner at Noramptco, where they specialized in turnaround situations. This role involved handling underperforming companies, asset deals, and debt negotiations. From 2003 to 2013, Arthur also served as the Managing Director of Plasto, a manufacturer and converter of adhesive products. In this role, they managed the company's international subsidiaries and contributed to its sales growth. Additionally, Arthur has held notable positions in the tech industry, including being the President of Clust.com, an e-commerce pioneer, and serving as a VP at Credit Suisse Financial Products.
