Bill Toler

Bill Toler is a retired executive and current advisor to the board at Rebound Dynamics and member of the board of directors at Questor Corp. Previously, Toler served as Chairman and CEO of Swift Communications, Inc., and held various board positions, including member and chair of the board of directors at Engage3. Toler's career also includes serving as a Field Artillery Officer in the US Army and a VP at Procter & Gamble for Global Oral Care. They are a member of the Board of Trustees for the Texas A&M Foundation and are pursuing a BBA at Texas A&M University - Mays Business School.
