In Apr 2021, at the peak of COVID's 2nd wave in India, Dasra and Tarsadia Foundation began a 12 month Covid rapid relief campaign, which raised $10M+ for 152 NGOs across 31 States and Union Territories in India. 

In Apr 2022, we expanded that effort to create the Rebuild India Fund – a $50M, long-term resilience movement that commits 5 years of flexible funding and capacity-building support to 100 new community-based NGOs each year.

Rebuild recognizes and respects the ability and power of local, community-centered civil society leaders to run their organizations in a manner that serves their communities most meaningfully.
