Ryan Prall

Ryan Prall has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Ryan began their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant from 2006 to 2011. Ryan then moved to Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. as an Emergency Service Dispatcher from 2011 to 2014. After that, they worked at ShoreGroup as a SaaS Supervisor from 2014 to 2016. Ryan then joined Optanix as a Software Engineering Manager, Scrum Master, Technical Support Supervisor, and SaaS Supervisor from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, they moved to iV4 as an IT Project Manager and then to Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses as a Field Support Manager in 2020. Ryan is currently employed at Rebuy Engine as a Software Delivery Manager.

Ryan Prall has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Utica University, which they obtained in 2019. Ryan also has an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from Onondaga Community College, which they obtained in 2014. Additionally, they hold four certifications: ITIL Intermediate Service Design from AXELOS Global Best Practice (2018), ITIL Intermediate Service Operation from AXELOS Global Best Practice (2018), ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice (2015), and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance (2018).
