William Ryno has over 38 years of work experience. From 1982 to 1985, they worked as an Engineering Technician at Communications & Biomedical Firms and BCI International Inc. From 1992 to 2002, they worked as a Technical Writer & Trainer at Coan & Company. From 2002 to 2012, they worked as a Sales Agent at PFS Investments. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Sales Agent at Wm Ryno Industrial Sales. Since 2010, they have been a Member of the Board of Directors at Umoja, Inc., responsible for developing and maintaining 501(c)(3) Public Charity status, working with other Board members to develop and implement operations plan, and managing finances & financial records. Since 2016, they have been a Sr Regional Support Manager & Competition Technology Manager at Robotics Education & Competition Foundation.

William Ryno attended DeVry University from 1980 to 1982, where they earned an Electronic Technician's Diploma in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician.
