Mr. Sim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Yonsei University.

Mr. Sim was previously Head of Corporate Technology at Hanwha Solutions Corporation, as well as Head of Polysilicon Plant Unit and Head of Corporate Strategy and Planning Department.
