Recalibrate is disrupting sulfuric acid manufacturing with technology that produces sulfuric acid economically without NOx and minimal SOx emissions built-in.

We provide the modern way to produce sulfuric acid. We help current producers retrofit their plants to have low emissions as a consequence of more efficient operations - not an add on. Our innovations are designed to drive sustainability, economic returns, and compliance across the sulfuric acid industry.

What we do:

• Economically competitive sulfuric acid production with zero NOx and near zero SOx built in – Proprietary sulfuric acid production process and catalysts eliminate NOx reduce SOx emissions to <1 ppb.

• Scalable solutions – From 100 to 1,000+ metric tons per day, with integrated HP/MP steam co-production.

• Proprietary catalyst technology – A cleaner, more efficient chemistry that is both environmentally sustainable and cost-competitive with today’s market pricing.

Serving the fertilizer, mining, and industrial manufacturing sectors worldwide, Recalibrate partners with operators who want to future-proof their sulfuric acid process, achieve zero emissions, and sustainable growth. Connect with us to explore how we can help you recalibrate your operations for the future of sulfuric acid manufacturing.
