Jonathan Field

Jonathan Field is a Managing Director at Recap since November 2021. Prior to this, Jonathan held the position of Founder and Director at GET SMART TUTORS since February 2015. Jonathan also served as a Senior Project Manager at Retail Capital SA from February 2020 to June 2023. With a background in Business Science Degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, and Economics, Jonathan also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Manager of Varsity Cup Young Guns at Ikey Tigers | University of Cape Town RFC from March 2018 to October 2021.
