Frank Linde

Frank Linde is currently the General Counsel at re:cap. Prior to this, they were the Head of Legal Affairs at ZEAL Network SE from May 2013 to December 2016. Before that, they were an Associated Partner / Attorney-at-law at CMS Hasche Sigle from March 2005 to April 2013. Frank also worked at FFG Finanzcheck Finanzportale GmbH from January 2017 to September 2021.

Frank Linde completed their undergraduate degree at the University of West Florida, majoring in Communication Arts. Frank then attended law school at Universität Hamburg, where they earned their First State Exam in Law. Linde continued their education at Stellenbosch University/Universiteit Stellenbosch, earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Trade and Commerce Law. Finally, they passed the Second State Exam (Bar Exam) at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, becoming a licensed lawyer in Germany.
