John Yoakum

John Yoakum is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical relationship management and solution engineering. Currently serving as a Technical Relationship Manager and previously as a Solution Engineer at Recast Software since February 2024, John has also owned Maddux Consulting since October 2015, where consulting for small to medium-sized businesses and non-profits in areas such as desktop, server, networking issues, and providing end-user support has been a focus. John has a strong background in software deployment, having worked as a Software Deployment Engineer at the University of Alaska Anchorage from March 2015 to February 2024, where responsibilities included managing Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager Infrastructure and Apple computer deployment with Jamf Pro MDM. Experience also includes roles in network administration, IT support services, and a brief stint as an estimator in the construction industry. John holds a high school diploma from Benny Benson Secondary School.
