Joel P. has extensive work experience in the customer support field. Joel began their career as an Account Manager and Customer Support Specialist at 411.ca, where they welcomed and onboarded new clients and provided exceptional customer service. After that, Joel served as the Manager of Implementation and Web at 411 Local Search Corp., where they managed two large client support departments and was responsible for attracting and retaining talent.

Joel then joined Shopify as a Shopify Support team member, supporting and inspiring merchants on the platform. Joel later moved to Recharge, where they held multiple roles, including Technical Support Team Lead, Customer Technical Support, Manager of Frontline Technical Support, and now serves as the Director of Technical Support.
