Patrick McCafferty

Patrick McCafferty has extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles, currently serving as a Product Support Engineer at Recharge since April 2021, where prior positions included Senior Support Engineer and Support Engineer. At QuickMobile by Cvent from January 2015 to April 2020, Patrick performed Tier 3 support for various mobile and web applications, developed SQL scripts for reporting, and provided mentorship to new engineers. Previous experience also includes roles as a Client Services Consultant where Patrick drove timely resolutions and process improvements, and as a Client Service Analyst at Eigen Development Ltd. where tasks involved customer support and software training. Patrick began a career in programming as a Gameplay Asset Programmer at the Art Institute, following a diploma in Visual and Game Programming from the same institution.
