Tyler O’Neal is an experienced technology professional specializing in quality assurance and software engineering with a strong background in automation testing. Currently serving as a QA Lead at Recharge since March 2020, Tyler oversees quality across multiple projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer in Test at Recharge and as a Senior Software Automation Engineer in Test at RiskGenius, where leadership in both automation and manual testing efforts was key. Tyler's extensive career also encompasses software engineering positions at RSA Security and Garmin International, where responsibilities included creating automated tests, developing software features, and managing software quality testing. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Applied Statistics & Analytics from the University of Kansas Medical Center and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from The University of Kansas.
