Adrian Mack

Adrian Mack possesses extensive experience in engineering and management, highlighted by a role as Toolroom Manager at Bespak from January 2020 to March 2024, where leadership of a skilled team focused on the critical elements of injection mould tooling and molding for medical device production was paramount. Prior to this, Adrian held various engineering leadership positions at Baxter International Inc. from October 1985 to July 2019, including Site Engineering Manager, where oversight of a 65-member team and management of a substantial budget were key responsibilities. Throughout the tenure at Baxter, Adrian also served as a Subject Matter Expert Assessor for global pharmaceutical systems, Value Improvement Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt, and more, fostering business performance and engineering excellence across multiple disciplines.
