Armando Matteo

Armando Matteo has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on operations and production. Armando has held management positions at various companies, including Recipharm, where they served as General Manager and Managing Director of Biologici Italia Laboratories and MITIM. Armando was responsible for leading a team of over 600 employees and overseeing operations, budgeting, and strategic planning. Prior to that, Matteo was the Site Director at Recipharm Masate Plant, where they led a team of over 275 employees and managed all site activities. Armando has also worked as the Site Operations Director at Corden Pharma and Production Director at Patheon, where they were responsible for overseeing production activities and managing budgets. Matteo's earlier experience includes roles as a Manufacturing Manager at Catalent Pharma Solutions and Production Department Head at Patheon. Armando began their career as a Pharmacist at Farmacia Giordano.

Armando Matteo earned a Laurea degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology from the Università della Calabria, which they attended from 1998 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Maturità Classica at Liceo Classico "D. Borrelli" from 1993 to 1998. Armando also holds several additional certifications, including Lean Academy from McKinsey & Company in 2015, EHS D.lgs 81\\2008: formazione dirigenti from SIPAR srl in 2014, Green Belt from Human Capital Associates in 2009, and EHS D.lgs. 626 from Festo Consulting & Academy Italia in 2007.
