Donna Marston

Donna Marston is currently the Director of Program Management at Recipharm, where they lead strategic initiatives. They have extensive experience in program management, having served as a Senior Program Manager at Paragon Bioservices, Inc., and an Associate Director of Program Management at Catalent Cell and Gene Therapy. Earlier in their career, they worked at Nutramax Laboratories, Inc., where they managed corporate operations and a construction project, among other responsibilities. Donna began their professional journey as a Marketing Associate at Signet Bank and holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Essex Community College.
