Manpreet Bains, PhD has an extensive work experience that spans different industries and positions.

From 2023, Dr. Bains worked as the Senior Director of Business Development at Recipharm. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2023, they served as the Director of Business Development at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies.

In 2020, Dr. Bains held the position of Senior Business Development Manager at TriLink BioTechnologies. Before that, from 2019 to 2020, they worked as the Key Accounts Manager at Aldevron. Additionally, from 2018 to 2019, they served as the Client Relations Coordinator at the same company.

Dr. Bains' earlier work experience includes being a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at North Dakota State University from 2013 to 2018. In these roles, they gained experience in teaching, research, and laboratory techniques. They were also a member of the Institutional Animal Care & Use Committee during that time.

Manpreet Bains, PhD, obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Molecular Pathogenesis (Immunology and Cell Biology) from North Dakota State University, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology/Animal Biology at North Dakota State University from 2010 to 2013. Manpreet also holds an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer from Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their academic achievements, Manpreet Bains has obtained additional certifications in negotiation skills and WordPress training, as well as being certified as a Radiologic Technologist by Mayo Clinic.
