Michael Temple

Michael Temple, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Facilities & Engineering at Recipharm, leading an organization within a CDMO focused on mRNA, Plasmid, and Microbiome products following Recipharm's acquisition of Arranta Bio in February 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at Arranta Bio, including Associate Director and Senior Manager, overseeing engineering and facilities operations. Experience also includes a tenure at Takeda as Facility Manager for Cell Therapy Manufacturing, and previous engineering roles at Brammer Bio, Biogen, and Commissioning Agents, Inc. Michael's educational background includes an MBA from Boston University's Questrom School of Business, a BASc in Facilities Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, and a Professional Certificate in Biomanufacturing from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
