Neil Jones

Neil Jones is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Recipharm since August 2025, Neil previously held the same position at Aenova Group from July 2022 to August 2025. Notable prior roles include Vice President at Catalent Pharma Solutions and Chief Executive Officer at the Vaccine Manufacturing and Innovation Centre (VMIC UK). Neil's career at Catalent also included the role of Director of Business Development for Europe, after a long tenure at Patheon in various managerial and executive positions. Neil began a career in the industry as a Production Chemist at Sigma Aldrich and holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Bristol, earned between 1990 and 1993.
