Aayush Singh is a Behaviour Change Strategist at Recity responsible for curating strategies to engage waste generators in cities for better ownership. Prior to this role, Aayush was a Community Lead at Hilldaari, implementing a circular economy model in Dalhousie. With experience as a Field Training Coordinator at Water.org, Aayush managed partnerships at the district level in Madhya Pradesh. Aayush holds a Masters degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from CEPT University.

Designed at the intersection of technology and on-ground operations, Recity’s solutions deliver value by - a) providing traceable high-quality plastic recylates to brand owners & producers through its Circular Packaging solutions b) Deploying a holistic suite of technology solutions that specifically caters to the needs of each member of the ecosystem through the Waste Intelligence platform c) driving systemic solutions in behaviour change, waste worker professionalization and technology governance for an inclusive and sustainable city waste management under Circular Cities. Recity is working with brands and Global foundations to essentially bridge the ecosystem gaps otherwise delivered in silos.
