Ron Chen

Ron Chen is an accomplished professional in the pharmaceutical field with extensive experience in drug product development and formulation. Currently serving as Sr. Director and Head of Formulations at Recludix Pharma, Ron oversees CTM manufacturing and drug product development processes. Previous roles include Senior Manager at Gossamer Bio, and various positions at Takeda, where responsibilities encompassed high throughput assays, physicochemical property evaluations, and preclinical formulation development. Ron has also held significant positions at notable companies such as Bristol Myers Squibb as Director of Product Development, Mirati Therapeutics as Director, and Pfizer as Principal Scientist. Ron's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Wuhan University, and an M.S. in Computer Science from Oregon State University.
