Brad Beaudoin

Brad Beaudoin has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Brad currently holds the positions of Vice President Operations - Americas and Senior Vice President Operations and Supply Chain at Recochem Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operations Officer at Solis Foods Corporation Inc. and Sunrise Logistics, where they were responsible for the day-to-day operations and P/L of the organization. Brad also worked as the Vice President Business Integration at Gay Lea Foods and Vice President Supply Chain and Operations at Arla Foods Canada, where they led transformation initiatives and restructuring strategies to improve quality and customer experience. Earlier in their career, Brad held senior positions at SNC Lavalin Agro, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Novopharm (now Teva), Parmalat, and E.D. Smith & Sons Limited, gaining expertise in lean manufacturing, energy conservation, and quality improvement.
