Stefanie Germain

Stefanie Germain has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Stefanie began their career as a Recruitment Specialist at Matrox in 1996. Stefanie then moved on to TECSYS, where they worked as a Manager of Human Resources from 1998 to 2003. In 2004, Germain joined PMC-Sierra where they held two roles, first as a Manager HR Business Partner from 2004 to 2008, and then as a Director of Human Resources from 2008 to 2014. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Director of Talent Management at Orckestra Inc. Currently, Germain is at Recochem Inc., where they started as a Director of Human Resources in 2017, and now holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources as of February 2021.

Stefanie Germain has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from HEC Montréal.
