Julia Bushkov

Julia Bushkov has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Julia began their career in 1998 as President of HRVentures, Inc., where they were responsible for managing the HR function, including employment, benefits, compensation, training, and regulatory compliance. Julia also provided input at senior management levels to various types of business decisions or issues, and implemented and managed third party vendor services. In 2003, Julia began working as an HR Consultant for Storm Ventures. Julia then took on similar roles at Harpoon Therapeutics (2017), Tregaron Capital (2017), Winning by Design (2019), Skyflow (2019), ReCode Therapeutics (2020), OpenSpace (2019), and SA Photonics (2016). Most recently, they have been working as an HR Consultant for Course Hero since 2019.

Julia Bushkov attended Golden Gate University from 1989 to 1991, where they earned an MBA in Human Resources Development. Prior to that, they attended USF from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a BS in Business Administration.
