Rania Arman

Fellow – Resilient Digital Futures Fellowship

Rania Arman is an emerging professional dedicated to climate action and youth empowerment, currently participating in the Youth Engagement in Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) Initiative with the Climate Change Unit in Yemen and serving as a Fellow in the Climate Action and Disaster Risk Reduction Fellowship at Climatic Peace. As a co-founder and Financial Officer of the Sirb Initiative for Development, Rania focuses on developing innovative programs to empower youth in various sectors. Additional roles include participation in the Resilient Digital Futures Fellowship at Re:Coded and training in podcast production with the Aden Again Cultural Foundation. Rania has also taken on leadership roles in initiatives such as the Qisasna Program at Amideast/Yemen and was involved in the Youth Connect Program with منصتي 30. Educationally, Rania is pursuing a Bachelor of Accounting at the University of Aden.
