Philipp Krones has had a variety of work experiences since 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Tutor for Computer Engineering at the University of Karlsruhe. In 2017, they became a Student Research Assistant at the same university. In 2018, they joined Open Source as a Team Lead and Maintenance. In 2019, they were a Visiting Consultant at INVENSITY. In 2020, they joined Embecosm as a Software Tool Chain and AI Engineer, where they worked on LLVM, Rust, and AI projects with multiple clients and helped build up the new German/EU office. In 2022, they will join Recogni as an AI Compiler Engineer.
Philipp Krones obtained a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) between 2013 and 2016. Philipp then continued their education at KIT, earning a Master of Science in Informatics between 2016 and 2020.
